Earlier in his career, Mr. Cassidy lectured at law schools in Belarus and Russia on the Rule of Law, never thinking those lectures might someday be relevant to current events in the United States of America.
Mr. Cassidy believes this a “non-partisan” issue, and is available for pro bono lectures, seminars, Town Halls, and/or other public forums to speak on current issues affecting the United States Constitution and Rule of Law in the United States, in support of our Independent Judiciary, dedicated State and Federal Judges, and public prosecutors at the State and Federal Level.
As part of his pro bono efforts in support of the Rule of Law, Mr. Cassidy is also available to perform his One-Man play, “In Closing, un-American Activities,” to interested groups throughout the States in which he practices law, including, West Virginia, Ohio, and Maryland, as well as the District of Columbia. His play is based on his father’s life as an Appalachian Coal Miner and Steelworker, and his personal education in the importance of the Rule of Law for all Americans, obtained while serving as a POW in Nazi Germany in 1944-1945.
